    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

    • 1 zucchini, sliced

    • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Turkey Patties:

    • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    • Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables:

    • In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat.

    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    • Add the broccoli florets, zucchini slices, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

    • Cook the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.

  3. Serve:

    • Plate the turkey patties and top with the sautéed vegetables. Serve immediately and enjoy!
