My Story

Not too long ago, I found myself in the midst of a whirlwind—juggling work, family, and desperately trying to carve out a bit of “me time” without dropping all the balls. With a lively toddler boy running around, my days were a mix of chaos and joy, constantly searching for a moment of peace. Sound familiar? That’s when I realized that if I was struggling to find balance, others probably were too.

So, I decided to create the Balanced Bliss—my little corner of the space where I share the ups, downs, and everything in between of this wild ride called life. Here, I offer my tips, stories, and insights on how to navigate these challenges with a smile (and maybe a cup of coffee or TWO).
