  1. Squats: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles at your shoulders. Squat down and then rise back up.

  2. Bicep Curls: Stand on the band with feet hip-width apart, holding the handles. Curl your hands up towards your shoulders.

  3. Tricep Extensions: Hold the band behind your back with one hand and extend the other hand upwards.

  4. Lateral Band Walks: Place the band around your legs just above your knees and step side to side.

  5. Glute Bridges: Lie on your back with the band around your thighs. Lift your hips up and squeeze your glutes.
